- Customers have the right to exchange or return products with the following details:
- Exchange or return defective products (manufacturer's fault): within 24 hours from the "delivery confirmation" signature.
- Products "not defective" or "defective" due to user error: No exchange or return applies, or the customer bears the repair cost.
- Exchange and return conditions: Must have the purchase invoice, and the product box must be in full condition.
- Shipping fee: If the product is defective due to the manufacturer or the manufacturer delivers the wrong product, the shipping fee will be fully covered by the shop.
