• Lazydy may require customers to make a deposit for large orders.

Wholesale Prices:

• The store will provide a wholesale price list for each specific item.
• Wholesale prices will be 10% to 30% lower than retail prices, depending on the quantity purchased.
• The store may offer additional discounts to loyal customers or customers who purchase in large quantities.

Payment Methods:

• Customers can pay by bank transfer.

Shipping Policy:

• The store will offer free shipping for orders over $5000.
• We will schedule a delivery date that is convenient for the customer based on the quantity of products ordered. Please allow extra time for delivery as our products are all handcrafted.

Return and Exchange Policy:

• The store will only accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of the customer receiving their order.
• Items returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging with tags attached and must not have been used.
• The store will not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, damaged due to customer negligence, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

• The store can assist customers in designing and constructing rattan products to their specifications.
• The store can provide excellent customer service and advice.
